Early registration should be accompanied by full payment by July 31, 2012. If payment is not received by July 31, the registration may not be assumed as an early registration.
Late registration should be accompanied by full payment by August 23, 2012. If payment is not received by August 23, the registration will not be processed.
On-site registered participant MUST contact the conference secretariat in advance. Please note that on-site registered participant may not be accepted for the banquet due to limited capacity.

Information in Japanese
Aid for foreign participant in transfer charge: Please transfer the amount of money that 5,000 yen is subtracted from Registration Fee for assisting the transfer charge. Regular participant, please transfer 45,000 yen to the above account. When you transfer money for multiple participants in one transfer, please subtract 1,000 yen each for additional participants. Please refer the following examples for the payment including multiple participants at one time.
Aid for participant living in Japan for bank charge: Please transfer the amount of money that the bank charge is subtracted from the registration fee. For instance, when 500 yen is required as the bank charge for a regular participant, please transfer 49,500 yen to the above account. Please refer the following examples for the payment including multiple participants at one time.
On-site registration: ONLY cash in Japanese yen. Please pay the Registration fee at the Registration Desk.
Registration fees can be refunded until July 31. After that, the fees cannot be refunded for ANY REASON.
Confirmation of payment
A Confirmation Letter will be sent via e-mail after the payment has been confirmed. Please print out the Confirmation Letter and bring it to the Registration Desk. Name plate will be picked up there in exchange for the letter. If you have not received the Confirmation Letter by one month after submitting your payment, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Issue of receipt
A receipt made out to the registrant will be issued on site. If the receipt should be made out to another person of organization, or dated a specific day, please contact the Conference Secretariat IN ADVANCE.
