| JTB Western Japan, Corp. (JTB) has been appointed as an official travel agent for the Symposium and will handle hotel accommodations. JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during the Symposium period at special discount rates. | ||||||||||||

The convenience store payment (for
domestic participants only) and Credit Card payment and Bank
transfer methods are acceptable for the Symposium. - Please note that in case of Convenience Store payment, a remittance fee of JPY 525 will be added to your remittance form. - Charge for both charges of Domestic and International remittance are not included. The bank transfer fee shall be borne by the participants. - Personal checks are not acceptable. |
